I came here to get a haircut and digital perm. When I arrived , the staff were professional and friendly. The place was clean and prepped for Covid. Loy washed my hair, gave me a haircut, and performed my digital perm. He was very attentive to how I was doing all through out the process and was detailed oriented and gentle with his service.
